All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of any tour or safari.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 14 days or less: No refund

6. Liability Disclaimer

Gies Tours and Safaris acts as an intermediary between you and various suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any act or default of any supplier or resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings.

8. Passport and Visa

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas. We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper documentation.

9. Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination. We recommend consulting with a travel health professional at least 4-6 weeks before departure.
